As an extension of its OfficeNow suite, Talkspirit has launched its own secure drive: a shared storage space that allows you to organize and access all your files (images, audio, video, documents, and more) on your own Talkspirit platform, accessible from any PC, smartphone, or tablet.

No more spending hours searching for your documents: Now you can access all of them with one click.

Let’s review the main features of the Talkspirit Drive.

Document management

The Drive allows you to organize your files and share them with all your employees, all in an ergonomic and easy-to-use interface. 

In the Drive, you can easily navigate documents with the following features:

  • a Drive icon directly integrated into the interface 
  • a sidebar that offers access to all your saved files
  • a quick access to all your recently modified files
  • a list and thumbnail view to see your folders
  • a breadcrumb that allows you to move quickly from one folder to another
  • a button to go back or access the next folder (as you already do in your web browser)
  • an icon that allows you to bookmark your favorite files

Creation and co-editing of shared documents

OfficeNow (which you may already use) is now integrated into the Drive module.

This office suite allows you to create and co-edit documents in real time directly from your storage space.

You can work as a team on three types of documents: text, spreadsheets, and presentations. Thanks to a track changes feature, you can view all the changes that have been made by users. In addition, you can add comments to give feedback to your employees.

All the changes you make are directly saved online, so you no longer need to download documents to share them.

Access rights management

In order to preserve the confidentiality of certain information, you can also manage access rights for shared folders within a group

This allows the group administrator to decide which group members have the right to create, move, or delete folders or files on the Drive. 

If necessary, it may restrict access to certain users. For example, if your internal social network includes external employees (providers, partners, freelancers…), this feature will allow you to give them access only to the files of certain groups.
