Cooperation and collaborative work within a team is most often a matter of simple needs: sharing information, interacting, responding, coming together to identify new actions or projects which will in turn feed a new cycle of sharing information etc.
Labels, for what? Cooperation ?
Making information sharing and team collaboration based on this information easier is at the heart of our mission. It’s what led us to develop a first tool to better describe the information shared or integrated using web services: labels.
Labels are a simple tool which allow you to make posts more meaningful, to share this additional information with your team, and develop it over time. A status or a stage, a style, a theme…these are just some of the ways to use labels. The only limit is your imagination.
How do they work?
Each group can have their own set of labels created by group managers or all of a groups’s members.
There’s no limit to the number of labels you can create and add to posts. A color helps them stand out in the content stream.
Posts that use labels can be identified and accessed via the search engine more easily.
This new feature is launched today as part of our Workgroup and Enterprise plans.
